Dear Rod,

Why would this be happening here?
Correct me if I am wrong.....but are the fisherman in Washington State aloud to keep one sturgeon...in a slot limit?

Just wondering.

If they are...then maybe....this SARA outfit and the Gasoline Industry are out to get us Canadians!?
