Looking for cheap ice fishing setup (~20$) (Burnaby)

My friend invited me ice fishing and I need a short rod. 26-30 inches? 15-30$ for a combo. I dont mind if its just a rod if its a better rod I have a spare reel I can put on just don't know if there's anything special about a reel that would come as a combo if its any better in the cold.

Hey Darko, if you can get to a place that sells fishing gear, you can often get a new combo in that price range.
