WTB - Low-Profile Baitcaster
« on: August 21, 2020, 10:19:06 AM »

Looking for a lightly used low-profile reel, I'd like to get a setup for the upcoming coho season.

Preferably in the Chilliwack/Abbotsford area!

Check this if you are looking for high end one.

Very good reel. I had the same model just left handed. Left it with rod  on parking lot last year on Vedder :(

I have a Shimano Curado 300E paired with a Shimano Technium 10’6” line wt 12-20lb.  Must take as a package because I have no use for the rod without the reel.  Rod may be a bit long and heavy for Fraser Valley coho but it handles Harrison chum nicely especially from the boat.  I was planning on down sizing to a 8’6” rod for jigging but I already have 4 spinning setups!

I am thinking $250.  Located in Cloverdale.  Pickup only.  Reel is RH retrieve.

Definitely interested..what kind of condition is the reel in and how old is it?

That is definitely a heavier rod for that reel but I can always repurpose it!

Reel is 8.5/10.  A few light scratches.  I can’t recall exactly when I bought it but I think around 2011.  I used it less than 10 times.

Sounds like better than 8.5/10 perhaps?

Also is it the E series?

Tentatively...do you have anything for sale?

If you have not found one, I have a curado 300e which has been used a half dozen times.  Email me at norm1745@hotmail.com.
