Are the eggs in danger of being swept away at 3.2 Meters?  Wasn't it in 2006 the flood washed away a lot of eggs and they had to close the chum retention when that generation came back to spawn?
There hasn't been a lot of spawning yet so that won't be an issue, but if this was Dec 2 there might have been a problem.

So something I'm not getting....

When I look at the Chilliwack River hydrometric data graph with the default date setting of 8 days, it shows a current level of 3.1 m and a discharge of 260 m3/s

When I change the date range to be over 11 months, it shows a current level of 2.7 m and a discharge of 210.

Why the difference?

It could be that it switches to a weekly measure with the larger range...

<edit>
Nope. It still says "The most recent primary water level recorded is 3.095 metres at 2018-11-02 09:20:00 LST." when I change the range to 11 months.

I really love those little Dipper Birds and they are a joy to watch. Some of then around Allison are almost tame. I wish you would stop saying terrible things about these sweet little creatures:

Are you getting those number from reading the graph, or from the data descriptions down below the date settings?
