it's rising sharply on the graph with rain in the forecast.
Made my first trip this morning at first light, for an hour, conditions were OK but on the way out now. A friend was up top and said Ranger run was contributing clay to the system. A waiting game now.

coloured up is better than low and clear.
Agreed but it is a fine line before coloured up becomes mud

Ah, the perils of a weekend warrior. Graph doesnt look good, coupled with higher temps and more rain in the forecast. To head out or not...

Stay home. River’s out. It’s even dirty up as far as the hatchery. Vis mid river is 6-8  inches and degrading. Also, the bank across from prison run  collapsed into river while I was there, be careful out there dudes

Nice and drama day. IMO, river condition is better.

No anti bait discussions here Ralph. When I'm back I'll be the browned bobber down MON....   I hand fed 100# Tarpon out of my hand though,   could a slipped a hook and hand line in one herring for fun

I thought it was in the 1 to 2 feet visibility early this AM but it can change any time because of the melt and clay slides. Have not looked since but is raining now about 5 cel in the Valley floor.
