Blame the idiot owner.

Nova, my first response to this video was “edited” by a moderator; not sure why as it was a fair description of the owner but for sure, this is a dog owner issue, not the dog.

Allowing your pet to harrass wildlife like that has got to be some sort of violation, no?

Is there enough info in the vid to ID the owner?  Just like those dummies who filmed themselves jumping off a boat to ride a moose in a lake a couple years ago, one might think the authorities would be interested in contacting the dog owners for a little 'chat'.

I held back on what I really wanted to say, but there wasn't any editing on my post. Just a buffoon of a pet owner.

Idiot owner. No wonder the comments are disabled. He's probably got roasted.

Used to be a time where hunters or land owners were allowed to shoot dogs chasing down wildlife.

Not saying that is a good thing, or should ever happen or would wish that upon a beautiful animal such as Fido here but someone's owner needs a bit of a boot in the behind.

The dog is only having fun.

I can only hope that the dog rolled in decaying salmon and then hopped into this chap's vehicle.

Why don't we ever see house cats chasing salmon like this?  ???

Looks strikingly similar to the dogs we see in someone else's videos...
