They are getting darker everyday.




Got this one on the fly at first light.  I thought I snagged a chum when it took, with that typical chum surge, so I did not set the hook.  Then she took off into the current and I saw a flash of silver in the faster water.  It was a coho, and it was on my line!!!

thanks man, i also have to agree with you about the fish getting darker by the day. had a hard time finding chrome ones. thats it for me for coho this year. time to target some bulls

Wow, I'm pleasantly jelous to see limits still taken, hats off to you sir :) I have curled my tail between my legs and called it season. Gotta stock on maple syrup and start up that smoker already.

Now that salmon season over... Herring season is just beginning. Got 8 this morning. Nothing too huge though. Some some guys get some FAT hogs.
Whole dock in Steveston was shoulder to shoulder.
