Here's a tip, if your ever going that way, Gibsons area beaches can provide some outstanding action.
 Crescent Beach also, especially with the Nicomekl and Serpentine dumping in right there, two good cutty streams.

BTW, who's your lacrosse coach if u play for Coq.       Wingrove????
