I planted a 10'6 Fenwick rod with Silver Abu reel near the re entry of the side channel into the main river at Thompson park run this morning at 7:30... Prize for winning the scavenger hunt is a $20 spot!

Actually...

I stumbled, and let it go just above where the side channel renters the main flow. By the time I was back up, I saw it briefly, but couldn't find it on the short walk to the main channel. It's my only rod at the moment, and I'm hoping someone with better eyes and dryer waders picks it up for me.

Probably wouldn't have happened if I hadn't left my lucky hoodie at the chehalis.

Phone got wet too, so please PM me if you pick it up.
