Sea-Run’s River Report & Courses Update - February 23rd

We have seen a bit of a decrease in numbers of fish on the Vedder/Chilliwack over the past week, but do not be discouraged as this is standard issue and protocol for the this system during the middle of February. We always see a bit of a lull in fish numbers this time of year for some reason, but we will see things pick up shortly. On the bright side (no pun intended) the weather has been phenomenal for this time of year, and one cannot really complain when they are fishing in a t-shirt in mid-February with sunny skies.

Winter Steelhead fishing overall has been consistently better than average this year for most systems across the province and we can never complain about that. There have been a lot big fish mixed into the big number days.
