Try Sea Run Fly and Tackle if you're ok with paying full price.  I was in a couple of weeks ago to have a GSH 3113LB rod built and they had quite a collection of GSH blanks at the time.  I thought i heard from the staff that sage has started manufacturing the GSH blanks again, but might have misunderstood...

Just to clarify, I did reintroduce the GSH3113LB recently. This is the only GSH model so far. I am considering the GSH2106LB for next Fall. Thanks, Brian.
