custom salmon smoking

I just stopped at Bruce's Market this morning to see if I could get some of my Coho smoked before Christmas.
They said they are so behind due to commercial orders that any fish dropped off now wouldn't be ready until after New Years.
They said they quit taking private orders on November 20th if you wanted fish for Christmas.
Does anybody out there know of a reputable custom smoking company that is not in North Van, Vancouver or Richmond?
I know St. Jeans does it but it's a bit of a drive for me in Chilliwack.

I have had some done a couple years back at Ennis Farms in Langley.  40th ave and about 210th.  They did a good job.
