Hummingbird 140c looks pretty sweet! Nicest one I've found looking at them online. Seems to have all the features I want. Batteries could get expensive fast, I'd definitely pick up some more rechargables and have an extra set on hand.

If you are interested in placing an fish finder on your pontoon boat check out this site http://www.floattubefanatics.com/#! made locally in Vancouver. My son bought the mount and a cheap finder for about $200, works really well and if you ever get a larger boat you can always keep the finder.
