sole/flounder recipes

anybody have a nice recipe for whole sole/flounder?

pan fry!!!.... flower it... then just toss it in the frying pan with some oil... make sure the oil isnt to hot when u put it in. or eles the skin will be stuck onto the pan and rip ur fishy in half.
