i just nod my head when someone puts the clicker on any centerpin, i don't care how big ur fish is or how tired you are, why did u buy a pin in the first place. don't suck all the fun out of it, fair and square....you lose it well, thats might be a fish of a lifetime that we let get away story to tell. on topic, i've used aventas for over 5 years now and have to say that you will work a lot harder than better pins on the market. you can adjust yourself and get used to it but u'll watch the guy next to u cast with ease while u struggle more to cast in tight spots. its a great pin to start off, i dont think personally the islander is better but thats my opinion but a milner or avon are much better in every way.
