2 day getaway/cabin rental?

Looking for a place for the wife and I to go not to far from home, any sugestions? Thinking cabin on a lake or something of the sort.

When and whereabouts? Trying to find a decent cabin rental in the summer without reservations is tough. You might be lucky if you go midweek but a long weekend or any weekend would be tough.

we live in Langley area, willing to drive upto 2 hours, mid week is when we wanted to go.  thank you for feed back.
