Oh JOY! the fisheries poo-bah decided to look at an ocean and defend his government's idiocy. Except all those consulted will be trained seals and other assorted toadies. Bravo! Let's have a parade!

Yes indeed. There should be lots of Conservatives there. I hope they brought those little cars and maybe mopeds too
