My favorite salmon recipe...
« on: June 06, 2012, 04:18:54 PM »

... is no recipe!

I spent the last 8 months attending school in Toronto and, among other things, I learned that George Foreman grilling salmon steaks that haven't been prepped in any way makes for a great side of meat. No spices or marinades just pure, unadulterated salmon; mmmmm -- very nice flavour ;D ;D

If it wasn't for all the PCBs & mercury in that stuff I'd eat it every night.  :P

I've heard that the George Foreman grill makes everything better.....  but didn't really believe it could actually make farmed salmon taste good.  ???  :D

Lol, I also had my doubts, but farmed Atlantic is all that's readily available in my area so I gave it a shot.

Turned out pretty grillicious  ;D ;D
