Daisy Lake is @ it's lowest level ever-a seasonal thing-so if you're up Squamish way why not head up and nose around.

I doubt you'll catch anything this time of year but the features are  there for all to see-a few pictures of the mostly dry shelves/banks/cuts could be invaluable in future when trying to figure the place out.

Daisy Lake has a storage capacity of only 4 days from dead low to full. Were only one good storm away with an increasing freezing level to having a full on flood with a full resevoir. Historically the largest floods occur from October to January. Typically Daisy is low until spring freshet in April - May - June depending on temp. This lake is in the snow zone so it will either be wet or cold  durring the winter. A little different than on the coast with the ocean influence.

thanks for the info!! been wanting to fish daisy lake for the longest time. Iv heard of monster trout being caught in there.. any info on what to use?
getting in seems almost impossible except for that small trail that leads to a rehabilitation camp.

used to be the east end of Daisy could be accessed via a road from the falls. The lake had good rainbow up to about 2lbs and some big Bull Trout. Bait fishing with roe or worms at the inflow of the Upper Cheakamus was the most popular fishing method.
