OMG lol!!!

Have you guys seen the guy who goes boogie boarding down The river in high water? That guy is nuts, but he works for search and rescue so im sure he knows what he's doing.

Yep ive seen him, helpful guy, saw him try and scale a cliff in the current to free a guys lure :o

those rafters were there again today, only two this time though...

Yes looks like a lot of fun! 
He also has a wetsuit and helmet as well as experience.

There was a guy snorkeling for lures the other day as well.  I can imagine the riches of lures in some of the meatholes around here.
