Wow - we finally had a sunny day!  That meant a clear evening and a chance to try out the new tripod shooting the moon.   Here it is:

Very Cool! I like the resolution. You can see a lot of the detail of the moon.

Thanks!  The faster shutter speed helps to ensure that the image is sharp at the longer focal length.

Did you manage to get any shots of the eclipse last night or was it too cloudy?  I fell asleep waiting for it.

CLOUDS - Lots of them.  With some rain thrown in for good measure.
