LOST: Neoprene Pouch for Wading Staff

My dad and I were out on the chehalis yesterday and he dropped a neopreen pouch for a colapsable walking stick.  He knows exactly were he dropped it (an open, obvious area) so we assume a fisherman picked it up.  If anyone did find it, please email me to make the neccesary arrangements.  I'll throw in a few jigs for your efforts.
