pickled salmon

anybody out there pickle salmon ,did some red spring years ago,anyone with some feedback, 2 cents worth,all input welcome,thx in advance

I was just discussing this with a friend the other day. I'm going to attempt it as is he. The outcome should be pretty good I'm hoping..

If you mean Gravlax, it's easy peasy. Make it a several times a year. Salt, sugar, white pepper and fresh dill are the basics. Make a fillet sandwich and weight it down in the fridge. Lots of recipes on the web if you Google.
