Just wondering why? Looks like the way the boat was sliding it could have pretty easily smashed into the guy on the bank.

He is a moron, but it's not likely that the boat would slide sideways into the bystanders because of the momentum and the strakes on the boats hull which would keep it going straight. I'm sure his impeller has a few chips in it from picking up all the gravel...

It's little "show-off" stints like this that get people seriously injured or killed.
I'd have no sympathy or respect for anyone on that boat should something have gone seriously wrong.

Good point about craigslist!  That's a good way to wreck your boat just to be the show off of the crowd.

These guys must have been drunk and endangering people on shore.
This video should be sent to police and they could probably scan the boat reg. number and track down these jerks.

If I was there with my kids, I'd be furious!!!
