some help with Fishblue or blue lake up by boston bar
« on: June 20, 2010, 11:01:29 PM »

I am going to this lake for Canada day long weekend and wonderind if any of you have been there and can give me a hint or 10 ;) on what will help me out up there.
I will be fly fishing wet and dry from a boat with a electric motor, and my kids will be spincasting from the boat and the shore as well. Thanks in advance for advice :)

well when you get to the lake theres a dock and to the right is all weeds cast or troll that area, great fishing in the early morn or early night, also if your gonna try dry might I suggest smal Tom Thumbs or what I used to use Midges, size 12 or smaller, great lake for the kids, as this is the lake my pops took me to when I was a lad. also if yur wanting to hike walk around the lak as there are a few openings in the brush where you can cast with the kids and actually see the trout cruising. You'll have fun up there, and tight lines.
