you just brought up another good point about these licences FlyGuy, can you imagine how many guys will just print a new one after getting their 10 springs OR their 10steelhead for that matter !!!! now thats a disgusting thought to say the least  >:(

Samething can be done with old system.

  But with the old system you have to sign a declaration that you lost it plus pay a fee for every stamp that you want replaced. With the new system you just go onto the computer and simply print off a new one.

Trust me I like the new system and I do use it, but like everything new it has some bugs that should be worked out. I just hope the system does not crash during peek periods like it did this year.

perhaps some of us fisherman that have used the system could help by suggesting ways to improve the system  ;)
