This is really the first year that I've tried bar fishing. I have to thank the DFO as i was trying to comply with the no bottom bouncing request. The very first few times i went out I have to say were very frusrating, as my leader kept on getting twisted with my main line. But after a few outings I found out my mistakes and it's been great. To tell you the truth the only time I may bottom bounce again would be for sockey. As i don't think you can catch them on bar rigs but pls correct me if I'm wrong. Bar fishing is totally relaxing and the atmosphere is totally different. People are way friendlier. Thx DFO
