name:sean age 35
married with 3 kids
Live in north van, started fishing again couple of years ago fish as much as possible. Enjoy trout fishing prefer river fishing for salmon and steelhead. Fishing the vedder, chehalis, squamish, nitnat have produced good results with chum in squamish and nitnat coho, chum in chehalis and coho and steelhead in the vedder. The best river to date for me has been the stamp what an unbelievable fishery 3 summer steelhead 8 to 12 lbs a rainbow, cutthroat more coho than I can remember several well over 15lbs a few chum and springs so big I could not land them. All this just fishing after work in late late summer and fall for a couple hours. The river is worth the trip. When Iam not fishing I work in steel trades and spend time with my family

Name  :  KL William
Age     :  56, getting too old to fish as actively as I used to.
Career:  Consultant
Languages: English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka.
Family :  Married but still free to fish except Sunday, my family day.
Fishing:  Fished for 20 years in steelhead, salmon, trout & fly-tying, also
              bottom fishing & crabbing.
Most favourite fishing is steelheading & coho fishing in rapids,
as I love to read water & analyze changing fishing conditions, &
like to hunt for fish instead of casting blindly.  Also love to tug
with those mighty Fraser red springs but hate to carry them with
a bad back. Gave away the last two monsters.  Too heavy.

Also, the aging body cannot support vigorous river walking
like before for steelheading in the rapids, nor can it  cope with
cold winter anymore.  Fishing above 6 degree Celcius only.
Also beginning to risk dosing off while driving to/from fishing.
Love to share my little fishing knowledge with newer fishers
on this site, and help them on the way to success.
Rivers : Have fished Vedder, Chehalis, Fraser, Cap, Norris,
Harrison, Seymour, Stave, Allouette, Coq, Skagit,
             Squamish, Cheakamus, Mamquam, Birkenhead,
Lilloet, Thompson, Stamp, Big Qualicum, Campell,
Gold, Canuma, Nitinat.  But my favourite is still our
beloved Vedder with miles of easy access and many
formations - pools, runs, rapids, riffles, side channels.
It is a perfect setup for fish 'hunting' on foot
other hobbies: love backyard organic gardening, play guitar, tennis, basketball & ping pong.

Thank's to Rod and copy/paste, this isn't too hard...

Name: Jay Thompson
Age: 32
Birthday: November 10

Residence: currently Vancouver. I'm a bit of a wanderer so in SW BC I've also lived on Galiano Island, Salt Spring Island abd Victoria. I prefer to live ruraly and will likely try the Sunshine Coast or even the VI coast near Naniamo.

Marital Status: single and not lookin for love
Favorite food: I love food of all types. I can't think of anything i don't like...well, I don't think I would eat brains

Favorite fish species: trouts/salmonoids (trouts are salmonoids?)
Favorite fish species for fishing: same as above

Other misc. info: I love hiking and fishing along BC rivers. I have a cat who loves to go on hikes or fish with me. Wilamena is her name and she is the cutest kitty. I'm self employed (monday mornings are the best for fishing) and develop web sites, multimedia/new media applications, video pre - post production and 3D simulations for art galleries, non-profit organizations, and youth organizations. My preference is working with youth. I also am working on a few projects of my own design that could turn into a nice little business that I can run from my future cabin (or even small farm) in the countryside. The rest will come out in discussions on this forum.

Thank you all,
jt

Hi everyone! The name that I use on this site is Athezone which simply means, Alan is in the Zone. Usually the fishing zone but sometimes what I see when I am fishing makes me think it's the Twilight Zone, but that's another story. :o

Name: Alan -- Age: 47 -- I live in Langley, BC.  with my
girlfriend Dorthy, the beautiful redheaded brat and our sweet Callie cat. My birthdays Sept. 30, and that makes me a Libra. My favourite foods are baby back barbecued ribs, pizza, beer of course and lasagna, mmm  mmm. I mostly river fish with float but have always loved fly fishing lakes. My favourite lakes are Levette Lake, for it's beauty and Horse Lake for the lake trout and it's ambience. The fish I love to play with the most are in order, coho, steelhead, spring salmon, sock (em in the) eye and finally rainbow trout.
This fishing site is the best one Anywhere Anytime and it's all because of us, it's members. And who do we all owe it too. Our Supreme Being, Rod. Thanks everyone and thanks especially to Rod.

I am happily married for 28 years and I am allowed to go fishing ( as long as the little lady can come to ) The name Sweet and Sassy is both the name for my boat and comes from a friend of mine that says my wife is the sweet one / I am the sassy one and of course my last name is Sweet/

Wow number 100

Born in Montreal, moved to Surrey at 8, moved to Hawaii at 11, moved back to Surrey at 25.

I'm 42 years old and single, or divorced what ever you want to call it :D

Got into fishing as a kid and will never leave. From bobbers to spearfish to handlineing to gear and the last 12 years fishing on the fly, tying for 7.

Lake fishing has been my main fishing territory, fished the Vedder over 8 years ago but after the floods the whole river changed and after years of learning the spots.

I like to travel to remote lakes to get away from people, comfort, electricity and all the things we take for granted, basically rough it! After two or three weeks in the bush (hence my handle) coming back home you appreciate what YOU have.

Hobbies would be this time is doing renovations and improvements to my house, a Mr. Fixit do it yourself person if I'm not fishing or one line here, that's why my place is a mess.:D

I work in downtown van as a building engineer at a 23 storey office tower.
Enjoy meeting new fisherpeople and getting on the water with the members here as I am a NEWBIE :D
