Had to yell and throw rocks in the water in front of this girl because she thought she was gonna cross the river directly across from where we were fishing.

Mom and her cubs all on a log

Boar comin to check me out.

Watchin the fight.

Nice pictures. Looks to be getting a little close for comfort. Got a little compitition for those fish. ;)

One time while float tubeing i had to ptake a leak, and went wne outa my tube and a black came down the trail, haha

Your right these ones i got pics of were a bit on the small side. Did see 2 very large bears though one was at the base of a steep canyon pool on another river and we saw it off of a bridge 150 feet above. That was pretty sweet.

Really nice pics.
I like seeing these big guys from time to time, especially when they are not too close... This morning I almost had a heart attack when a running bear crossed the trail 20 meters away... I suppose I was singing too loudly and badly for his liking...

I was going fishing on the Squamish, is was dawn when a big shadow crossed my way :o.
I saw another one on the Vedder a couple of weeks ago.
