The water level on the Fraser is dropping very fast.  I drove by Peg Leg on Saturday.  The channel was still too high to wade across however the water had dropped substantially from the previous weekend.   It is my quess that we will have access to the bar by the middle to end of this week.

I kayaked all around there last wednesday and I think wading access is further out than that...be very careful, a fisherman drowned while wading around pegleg last year...

The fraser seems to be dropping 2inches/day. Hopefully it doesn't go down too far, (don't wanna see anyone hook people on the that side like last year haha)

Mike <"))))))><

Was about 4 feet deep yesterday, tide may affect it though. We paddled accross, only saw one sock caught, but i lost a chin bar fishing as there was almost no one there I could do that...eggleged again.
