Any action going on at rice lake nowadays? or still "skunked" status is becoming the overwhelming majority at the end of the day?

well I was there over the weekend and I got a couple on the fly, it is really cold there right now, so they are not moving much so u have to look for the pool they hung out. if I were u I look back of the island, there is a lot of plans there and that is were I always go and get a couple of bites there, I have never got any on the duck but around this weed places it is good fishing when they are biting. I am planning to head out there again this weeking

if i decipher you correctly, i think thats the only place that I've never fished in that lake. And so far I have never caught anything.
