White corn are Sugary Enhanced or Synergystic Hybrid sweet corn  and they are awesome eating sweet corn but you would not find not many stores sell them. I guess this due to be not as popular as the standard yellow or peach and cream (bicolor) corn. Try Kin's farm market or some local produce store in next couple months. Local corns are very late this year.

Please don't even consider using it for fishing, fish can't digest it........corn on the cob is great for dinner though! ;D

NOT TRUE. It's an urban myth.
Many fish digest corn just fine (carp, perch...)

Trout don't digest it as well as other foods, but it's far from being a horrible thing for them.

I bet you plastics are much more damaging to the fish than corn kernels. :D
