Title: Getting Buzzed
Post by: Sandhead on October 19, 2005, 08:04:00 PM
Whats the deal with those low flying airplanes and helicopters that always seem to be buzzing around? Isn't there a limit regarding how low planes and helicopters can fly? I was out on the river yesterday and almost lost my hat to some helicopter that was flying shocking close to the ground. Close enough to create some serious ground winds....

Anyone know what the deal is?

If its a yellow/brown Highland helicopter, most likely its doing a fish count.  This happened on Tuesday at the Stave.

A fish count or counting anglers? Is a fish count just a count of fish on the beach?
