I'm new in the area and am looking for some places to fish from shore on the fraser...   any suggestions???

go to the home page and at the top click on fishing artickles. then click on freshwater fishing at far left and choose from the list. plenty of stuff to get you started.

I should have also mentioned that i was interested in fly fishing.  I live in Strathcona at the moment(near chinatown).  I went down near Dyke road and gary's point in steveston today, but came home empty handed.  There seemed to be alot of fish jumping mid day (@GP), but I think we missed prime time.  When is the best time to try and get out?
