Title: help needed for short floating creek mouths on the fraser

When Short floating the Fraser river and creek mouth do you leave it out behind the boat or is this a retrieve and cast retrieve and cast technique? If you wouldn't mind giving me some pointers about location, bait etc. through my pm it would be helpful.

Chris is away at the lakes until tomorrow so he might reply then. From what he has told me, I think it's just the same as the usual cast and drift.
