We spent the morning doing some tree planting at Peach Wetlands. The Fraser Valley Watersheds Coalition has done an amazing job on stream and wetland restorations in the Lower Vedder River.

This afternoon I popped down to the river briefly with Shane, from 3pm to 5pm. It was pretty busy as expected. We fished a run that had maybe 40 people but everyone was fishing properly, catching coho, being considerate to one another and having fun so it was all good. We managed to beach a few hatchery coho salmon. :)
