Title: Tunkwa Lake, July 12th - 18th 2019
Post by: Rodney on July 19, 2019, 11:25:06 AM
The family spent a few days at Tunkwa Lake Resort this week. Weather was moody, but that's always part of the experience at Tunkwa Lake. :) We didn't fish a whole lot because of the kids, but did get into some nice fish around 18 and 19 inches long. They are fat this year! All of the fish were on bloodworm dangled around 12' down in 14' of water in front of the cabins. :)

This is great. I dont know if its still too early to tell but I hope your kids develop a liking to the sport. I know some of the early best memories with my dad were camping and fishing as a kid

I am always impressed with how well Tunkwa can potentially fish in the summer for a mid-elevation lake.
