Every major criminal who are in jail or prison system or are not behind bars started by doing small criminal acts ...& they just kept progressing.
Today's vandalism maybe tomorrow 's bank robbers sex traffickers drug pushers murders....
Hopefully these whoever in this story make changes to their life decisions. Everything we do is a choice in life. A story like this "hits ya in the gut".
