Title: Opening day on the Chilliwack/Vedder - beautiful day but no fish

A day of exploring...had some good conversations from just below the limit hole, to the Vedder canal close to the Fraser...river was quite high and very quiet, except for pikeminnow and trout...the high waters have made some changes to the parts of the river...a living thing! Looking forward to a new season in the Fraser Valley...
