Title: Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup This Saturday

Just a reminder it is the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Societies April Cleanup this Saturday.Saturday April 21
Great Blue Heron Reserve
5200 Sumas Prairie Rd
8:30am is when registration starts, and we usually wrap it up around noon.
Please bring your own travel mug if you want a hot morning coffee from Tim Horton's (we are trying to get away from single-use cups). Bring a water bottle too, and get a fill-up from the Chilliwack Water Store to keep you hydrated for the rest of the morning.

Thanks to all that helped clean up our river today. Filmed this at the unloading area today. We had a few posters from this forum take part as we have when we first started the CVRCS in 2002 and FWR was just getting off the ground.

X2    That dumpster was full to overflowing when we finished. Over 200 volunteers ... awesome  :)

Good work by the 233 volunteers with 3,500kg of garbage removed from the riparian zone of the Chilliwack Vedder River.
