Title: Late season ice fishing

Hi everyone, I’m going to Sun Peaks next weekend and I am thinking of going ice fishing on Heffley lake. The ice should be thick enough as the weather forecast is showing pretty low temps. Does anyone have any tips or pointers for me?

Double up on the bags and take a couple good coolers like the Coleman Extreme for all the ice you'll bring back.

call one of the resorts on the lake up there and ask or call a local shop like the one in Little Fort.
