To keep due diligence please participate in this as the rec sector needs to have their voice heard. We will always need to speak up this day and age for our place in conservation and in sustainable fisheries.
Please share your two cents.

Or maybe people just don't care about salmon related issues. They come here and post in the general section for fishing tips. reports ect
-
i do think most people care about the issues, but if you want people to see it and participate it needs to be in a section with more traffic.
-
Since a few people mentioned the issue or issues, what is it?

it was originally in the general discussion & then moved to 'the ghost town'.

Do you want closure or open for chinook? I haven't caught any chinook yet

They asked other questions beside that plus it wasn't just a yes or no question. Besides this group doesn't have the power to close anything to fishing. It's a not for profit non-government body that's looking for members and donations. That's what it's really about.

they say we need more chinook salmon for the whales to eat...scary!

Please, no eye rolling, but I'm lazy this evening, and the Canucks are winning so far: could someone list, from most to least, and with percentages, if possible, the user groups that take Chinook? Including pinnipeds too, if possible.
