Title: Dave Semenko dies Edmonton Oiler / Hartford Whaler / Toronto Maple Leaf.

Sadly Dave S died at age 59 from a short battle with cancer.
He was an enforcer & one of the very best fighters in the NHL.
The guy though was not just a goon as he tried his best to play a good game.
He was even Wayne's The Great One line mate at times.
He was the Oiler radio color man.
& get this....he even boxed with Ali.
Declared a draw !!!! 
RIP big guy.
The Oiler team in the 80s were so special. Fast & tons of offence.

Didn't know that he fought Ali. His nickname Cementhead fits the style of game he played.

3 round exhibition fight. Other fights on the same card.
Also did not know this bout took place till yesterday.
There are dif. vids of the fight,some more & less film footage.
Actually Ali does a lot of his dancing, & famous Ali Shuffle. Plus like the joker he is...lots of comedy.
He even threw a few punches at the ref.

( Lions vs TO. Do not tell Chris. Lions my guess gets the W.  On boob tube today at 4pm. Another CFL game at 7pm. Also on tv)
