Many of you have been asking questions since our Chilliwack location was closed. Here is a video from Fred who explains the move and an update on future plans. :)

Fred will be working closely with Rod and hopefully provide a couple of video updates per month from now on. These updates can either be fishing overviews/reports, some tips for current fisheries in the Fraser Valley, upcoming events, etc. If there are suggestions, please let us know. Thank you!

Fred has an exciting announcement. :) Many of you were disappointed when we closed our Chilliwack location so we are happy to announce that a new Chilliwack location will open in just over one week from now! The location of this new store will be 45150 Luckakuck Way just off Highway 1, it will be in GVP Chilliwack who we have a very good working relationship with. Opening hours of this location will be:
Monday to Saturday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
We will be stocking the store during this coming week and will make another announcement when the door opens. Thank you all for your support!

Just so you know the videos come up as 'unlisted' which means they are excluded from search results on youtube.com.
They are available via direct links but if the direct links are only at FWR then only FWR people will see them.

Great news as this most likely means the continuation of the Wally Hall Jr. Memorial Steelhead Derby. This event collects app. 10k annually for salmonid enhancement work on the C-V, some of which is planned to be spent soon on gravel augmentation in the upper river.
Hope this new site works for ya Fred!

Good morning everyone, thanks for all the support and kind words! Just one quick correction, the new store in Chilliwack will be open on September 6th, not the 5th. We'll be posting up some photos of the store very soon! :)

Our priority right now is to get all the shelves stocked up so it is ready to go on Tuesday. Once that's done, Fred will be announcing specials and other events. :)
