Post by: Tenz85 on April 04, 2016, 09:45:35 PM
Just watching master chef on pvr from March 20th air date and noticed part of the challenge was bc sturgeon. Wtf? I know further south sturgeon is open for retention but I'm unaware of any bc sturgeon retention or dare I say it sturgeon farms?

I've eaten the stuff it tastes a tad 'earthy'-nice looking white meat filets but the texture is closer to Shark than Halibut.
