Title: Lost fishing vest at Browne

My buddy Ryan was fishing Browne today ( Jan 8th 2016 ) and left his vest behind accidentally.

By the time he went back it was gone.

If you happened to pick it up, please let me know. I will inform him.

I think he left around 1:30pm.
