Hey guy's I'm doing up a batch of Coho roe for thursday and the procure instructions say to let it set for one half to one hour. Does anyone let it set longer than this before they dump it in the strainer. Thanks

How long do you leave them in the strainer?

I leave them for an hour then place them on paper towels to dry them overnight.
