Canucks open their exhibition season with a 4-2 victory over San Jose. One of many to come. What a great team we will have. :)

Took the Buffalo team with ease this evening. What a great team we are.

Sadly the Leafs are falling like flys & have 3-4 players injured already. Foot, shoulder on & on...
The way of arithmetic after 21 days the Leafs will have not enough players to dress.

As far as the Canucks, it's definitely "new & improved" team.

Call it as I see it.  ;)

As of today's present standings.

Toronto Maple Leafs is in last place in the tough Atlantic Div.

Vancouver Canucks in comparison are in first place in the Pacific Div.

( mind you Leafs lost to the tough Habs & the Canucks W was against the lowly Flames  ::) )

The pep talk prior to Canucks games should be easy ,short & effective thus lighting a fire under their butts.
Pre game talk goes along the lines something like " ...remember last year's 2nd half melt down "
Also Torts departing comments said this team is "over the hill gang" type of comment.  ( core players too old & long toothed"

Studying this team closely & was impressed by the very strong lines.
Much more balanced.
See what the upcoming games results.
Gee even their new goalie played quite well. ( not a fan of the guy but maybe he will change my mind if he has a good season )

Chris is so loyal to his Leafs & must be so happy for his team to get a W.
They definitely got the W because they directed lots of shots towards the net.
Many goals were deflected thus the goalie had near zero chance.
Congrads where it's due. Great win for the Leafs.

Such a super exciting game for the Canucks. Win via the shoot out.
Ryan Miller ( think that's his name ) made lots of good saves.
He plays the angles so well.
Great to see Eddie Lack congrad Miller on the W.
Lack is a good team player.

Think this team is developing a good chemistry.
At the end of the year hoping the Canucks will have more points than the Leafs.
Then we can really "rub it in" & give Chris a hard time.
( mind you the Leafs look to be in every game so ...they make me nervous. )  ;)

Guess TO has the idea "anything the Canucks can do ; we can too"
Lots of fans went home "happy" after the OT win.
Phil the thrill Kessel  definitely is a super star!

Canucks have a super star line!
Maple Leafs play the Bruins more times than the Canucks do during the season & Boston is noted to punish the opposing teams physically ( injuries are the results )
A banged up Maple Leaf team will be the result.

Have the same concern with the Canucks.
Will the older key guys stay healthy thus produce as they should.
LA has a big & rugged but play talented fast hockey & they just do not wear down.
Question is do they have the desire to battle to the end for the Cup.
Takes lots of " blood & sweat " to win it.
After 2 Cups in recent times they just may not be so hungry but rather get kicked out of the play offs & have a longer season break.
Pens Bruins San Jose Chicago ( & just possibly the Leafs may surprise & make a run ) are my picks of being this 2014/15 Champions.
Habs will not be there. Personally feel there's too much emotions & possibly now jealousy as some players money bag is so big & teammates so tiny in comparison.

Hey FA I'm a Canuck fan & hope they too make a good run in the play offs but just feel the season is just too long thus they will be just too banged up physically.
Now if the season was 55-60 games before entering the long play offs then the Canucks could be serious contenders possibly.

If the Leafs can stay healthy after meeting the meat grinders Bruins they may surprise & hoping the Canucks can surprise us fans as well. Leafs make me " nervous "
Lots of young guys.
Go Canucks Go !
Canucks goaltending B
Maple Leaf goaltending C plus
Puck stoppers are so key.
Leafs stoppers have to get to the level to play steady & defence the same.

TO goaltending is a real problem.
They are so up & down.
Play great one game & totally lousy the next.
Leafs lose!
Canucks win!

That new winger on the twins line is so so talented.
He knows to find the open spots on the ice thus when the pass comes his way he has time to zip a great shot.
He's a smart player for sure.

Canucks play again tonight. Tampa I believe.
What a great team we have.

Canucks have played 4 games & the Leafs 6 games. Guess who has more pts in the standings?

Yep the Canucks. 6 of the possible 8 pts.
Leafs after  6 games have only 5 pts. out of the possible 12.
Leafs have changed a lot of their front office personal & if the Leafs keep this up, the head coach will be history.

In the game of hockey results are only what matters.
Ask Torts.

Ouch !
What crook set up the schedule ???
Canucks start off the season with 2 games & then off for 6 days ???
Then they go back to back.
Tonight's game across the country.

Leafs games are 1/2 hr or less flights the majority of the time.
No wonder the Canucks look out of it on some nights & the Leafs  "on fire".

If the Canucks played out of TO & had the 1/2 hr flights we'd have 4 Stanley Cups at least.
These are facts.
Who can argue with facts. ;)

Canucks needed the 1st period to warm up.
The way the flood gates opened up for the Canucks win was encouraging.
What I like was the sniper type shots Vancouver took.
Body communication of this team is so good. One just gets the sense there's great team chemistry from top to bottom. Office & coach changes are working.
Think Chris should join the Canuck bandwagon & if he comes over to our side & forgets about being a Maple Leaf fan I guarantee his blood pressure will be perfect & complete joy in his heart.
He will also catch more fish if he becomes a Canuck fan.  ;D

Canucks win in OT over Ottawa Sens.
They are not blowing out any teams but just score just enough for the W.
Games could have gone either way when the score is close.
Playing good solid hockey though.
Sure would not want to be a head coach in the NHL.
A lot of them have thinning hair. ( too much stress )

What are the Leafs doing lately ? For some reason they remind me of last year's Canucks. Hot & cold & then freezingly bad.  ;D

Wow the Leafs creamed the Bruins 5-1 or was it 6-1 in Toronto.
Were the Leafs so good or the Bruins so bad ?
Rask played like he had 1 eye. 4 goals on 15 or so shots !!!
Now will the Leafs keep playing like this or go from hot to cold?

A Frayed Knot makes a good point. Think a lot are liking the changes the Canucks made.
At Costco today people were buying Canucks shirts.

Flu bug must have hit the Canucks & Maple Leafs. They got defeated big time recently.
Something tells me that if Chris was in the net 6 goals would of been the result.

If FA was in the net possibly 5 goals would be the #.
Now if I was the goalie the max. would be 4. Yep.

The Canucks will bounce back in the next game. Focus is the name of the game.
If I were pres. literally I'd light a lit candle under the players butts till they felt the burn!!!
Then the message would be ... " get out there boys & please the home fans " ( they just payed big bucks" give them a show.
Leafs are showing improvement. Good slap shots will find their way into the back of the net.
TO has some good skilled shooters.

Chris's phone was the only phone that the Leafs got thru on.
The other prior calls got a busy signal or out of service message.
( others ex Leafs who were called before Chris agreed to play in goal )
Ed Balfour
Bruce Gamble ( a real gamble )
Curtis Joseph ( bet he could at least be a good back up guy )
Mike Palmateer
Jacque Plante
& the ever famous true blue Maple Leaf ex player & present fan.

Canucks & Oilers in the 2nd period. 4-3 ( 7 goals scored )
Great placed shots or goalies have 1 eye, hang over, sleepy or no focus.

Yes yes yes the day of Judgement has arrived.

The Canucks vs Chris's Maple Leafs !

When the Canucks WIN it will feel like winning the Lotto.
If the low possibility the Leafs WIN it will feel like mis placing the winning ticket.l
All the best to the Leafs to at least make it a close game.  ;D
This game for me is on par as last week's Grey Cup game.
Go Canucks Go  (steam roller with eggs on the road way...steam roller "Canucks & eggs "Leafs)
Watching every shift & every shot.

Well only one thing to say,  "Congradulations" to Chris's Maple Leafs.

They played hard & matched the Canucks & their close in shots went in & the Canucks ( shots) were stopped or hit the post or cross bar. Ouch ! Leafs goalie played like his life depended on a win.
Bernier or how ever his name is spelt.
This W could sling shot the Leafs to a string of wins. Confidence builder.
Leafs shots were taken so close & so well placed that I cannot blame Ryan Miller.
Leafs are one good team.  :'(

Another point in the bag, moving up the standings.
We just may need that point at the end as the Canucks may be  1 pt ahead of the 2nd place team in the standings.

Gee Canucks go up 3 zip & lose 4-3 ! OUCH.

Then the Ottawa Sens. go & "bag" their coach the next day. Go figure that one.
TO may be next to bag their head coach.

Carlye has 9 lives. Liked him better as a player than coach.
He could skate & bring out the puck out of his end quickly.

Definitely he's on thin ice.
Really like the changes behind the Canucks bench.
They look tuned in & the players / coaches look like they are on the same page. Players look comfortable but serious. Good body communication or vibs.
Once the team gets home they should get a string of wins.
The Canucks vs Habs should be a barn burner.
Habs are playing good hockey.

That past game where the Leafs got a W over the visiting Canucks is a turning point for Toronto.
They now have 4 straight wins.
Congrads. Definitely they have played with energy & spunk.
Maybe like the Ford company in the past had a low rating but now are good quality thus could the Leafs be the real deal ? Maybe.
But let me say " whatever the Leafs can do the Canucks will do better !"  :D
Watch the Canucks get a big win over the Rangers & more wins in coming games.

Ha ha ha. That's a good one.
Bring in all the fired coaches in the past year & let them pick straws.
Maybe Torts will win & return.

But what's on the menu tonight ?
The Flames.
I'll eat my shorts ( underwear ) if the Canucks get another loss.
Please get a tie or 1 pt or a W.
Last year the wheels fell off after New Year's so the losing streak started early.
Ya gotta know everyone from the top to the water boy in the Canucks organization is feeling the pressure.
Maybe the Canucks had their e mails hacked from N Korea.
Something is definitely wrong.
Other teams are just getting tons of great scoring chances & the Canucks not.
Their shots are not so dangerous.
Plus it does not help the other team they faced the goaltending has been tops in performances.

Hate to say it but if the Canucks lose tonight they will become the "make beliefs".
Come on Canucks get a W tonight.
So they can take the extra weigh off their shoulders.
And Linden can go out in public with an easy smile & not a frown.

Yes the great Canucks team won thus did not have to " eat my shorts " (underwear)
It was a very close game & could of got either way.
Thank The Lord the Flames scored on themselves for the Canucks 1st goal.
Finally the breaks went the Canucks way!

Who's next on the menu . Arizona Coyotes. ( not called Phoenix anymore )

Leafs lose "big time" & Canucks back on a start of a nice win streak!
Never doubted our great Canucks for a moment.

When it was 2-0 the Canucks allowed the Wings to score on purpose (2-1 suddenly) just to make the game entertaining & high tension. Fans went "oh no here we go again...melt down like in the previous game"
Then plan 2 : Take the bull by the horns & score on the empty net for a 3-1 VICTORY !

Hopefully the Leafs are coming west after the Winnipeg loss.
I remember very well how the Leafs took advantage of our tired team in TO.
Leafs played dirty.
Chock trunks hair pulling,ropes....they played more dirty than Gene Kiniski Abdulla the Butcher, bulldog Brown, the beast, on & on put together.

Bring those Leafs to Vancouver. Dun dun da dun dun da dun dun da dun...

Told me to relax.
He then gave me the FACTS. ( not fax )
It did not take very long as I became a very strong Canuck fan. ( may even buy the team )

You should get some of FA counselling.

Just think of the many Canuck games on the boob tube for free.

3-1. Panthers were very good defensively.
Seemed the Canucks were skating hard but nothing came of it.
Reminds me of skate hard but no plan in what your accomplishing.
Body but no brain work.

Men playing against babies in this game tonight.
This team has no system or just plain lazy some nights.

The Nucks skating hard! I don't know what game you were watching but they where hardly skating! When a team can't score on a lengthy 5 on 3 power play, you know you are in trouble!

Miller Time is all I hear lately! Looks like the bottle is empty already boys and the bar has ran out. Time to switch brands or just go home!

Like my post said I only watched sections or portions of the game.
The parts I witnessed the Canucks were skating hard in the checking side of the game. But the Panthers team plays clever hockey as teammates go to the open areas to recieve passes.
On the other hand when the Canucks gained possession the other players on the line just skated into coverage.
As you mentioned on a 5 on 3 they still could not create great scoring opportunities ???
Surely a player could of gotten into an open area to recieve a pass & blast it.
Other players could zoom in for a rebound should it be stopped.

But there was totally no creative playing at all.
Florida is in Calgary & you can see their system is again working.
Team has to have players that "think on the ice" not just a bunch of guys playing as a single player.
Zombie playing will not get this team very far into the playoffs.

Chris never mind being an advisor.
Your plans may get lost in the shuffle by the powers that interpret them plus the system has to be taught to the players. And the hardest part is they actually follow the plan to a T on the ice.

Saying all that ,Chris for head coach after the new guy gets fired or replaced down the road.

Tell you one thing the Canucks better come out flying tonight against the tired Flames.
That last game was so shockingly terrible.
Maybe Luongo snake charmed the Canucks thus they just could not subconsciously play hard against their present friend & past teammate of 8 years.
The days before the game the Canucks & Luongo were all hugs & smiles.
Go Canucks Go.

FA I hope the Canucks are not using TO's system.
Goals are hard to come by lately. :o
Maybe when they play in Florida & see the sunshine the players will respond & get the goal light to activate.
Nashville is playing very offensive hockey & instead of being 2-0 at end of 1st it could easy be 4-0. Canucks do not help the cause taking 3 penalties.
Thru it all should they pot one it's 2-1 & game on.

Zero goals scored on the Canucks in 120 minutes of play.
A week ago the Canucks team looked like "all four tires had flats" & now they look like a fine tuned racing car!

Chris is rather quiet lately on his views on the Leafs.
Something tells me he is 100% disgusted on his team. Imploding.
Maybe sign head coaches to monthly contracts.
They then could try 7-8 coaches in a single season.
Sooner or later they should stumble on one.

That's for sure! 2x
Mind you we Canuck fans have zero Cups unless we go back far in history.
Team called the Millionaires or something. Vancouver team got the Cup.
But Chris just be happy as you must remember those 4 Stanley Cups in the 1960s.
3 in a row to boot.
Think they also won it in 1967 with a team where there were 40 year olds plus plenty of over 35 yr olds. George Armstrong the Chief. Keon, Bower on & on..
Some great great TO teams.
The coach for TO was fired after leading them to 4 Cups. Punch Imlach or however one spells his name.
He always wore a nice hat. He cracked the whip.
So Chris in this dry spell for the Maple Leafs you can reflect back on the glory days.
History can never take those Cups away. 4 in 6-7 years is a feat even though there were less teams in the league. They had to get past the Canadians Detroit on & on.
If Vancouver gets to the finals & wins it ( or loses ) something tells me some of the population will go "nuts" again & lots of damage will be done.
But true fans will finally have pictures of the Canucks holding the Cup high above their heads.
Long time coming if it ever happens.

Have not played Sports Action for many years but the odds must play  big $$$$ if people gamble & pick a TO win.
Put $20 down & get 2 correct game results & maybe win $80 to $100 buckaroos or more.
Maybe the fans in the TO ice arena will cheer if the Leafs lose, because in Ontario they bet big $ against their own team.
We lost again but we filled our pockets with winnings.

Leaf fans everywhere are rejoicing that they scored a goal tonight. Too bad they allowed 4.

& our Canucks bumped off Luongo & Panthers in their building. Final 2-1 for another W.
Revenge as recently they beat us in Vancouver.

Other NHL teams know the Leafs are having trouble so they really go into games confidant that they are a better team thus play better & give the downer team another loss.
Have to say that Ryan Miller has played a lot better than I thought he would.
With the Blues in the play offs last yr. he looked very average.

Vancouver seems to be a good fit. Go Canucks Go.
Something tells me that Willie D. Is an easy going guy but if the team has a bad spell he knows how to get the players attention & light a fire under their butt.
When teams are winning life seems easy for the organization but too many losses & the white collar guys, coaches & player ,not to mention the local media, life gets very hard.
Icy stares, testy, swear words, blank stares ....think teams win just so to keep the monkey off their backs.
Oh you ask what I'd do to get the Leafs winning again.
Ok.
Each player eats a super giant bowl of whole wheat spaghetti.
Tomato sauce & extra lean ground steamed meat balls.
Meal 2.5 hours before the game. Green salid  olive oil & vinager also part of the meal.
2 slices toasted whole wheat bread.
15 minutes before game time 3 strong cups of coffee / skim milk ( each player )
As they go out onto the ice, have the owner or President  / GM /all coaches standing there cheering the players on with the words "we will be watching yous & we expect some good results or else.....
Crack the whip.

Management should give a guarantee W in the next coming home game or else free parking food & ticket for the following game.

If the Leafs get another rash of losses it may result, when fans go to the ticket counter the cashier will pay the fan & not visa versa.
" Here you are sir $125.00. Thank you for coming to the game."

Gee too many died shovelling snow back east in the USA recently.

The Uncoachables lost their 11th straight, a new franchise record for futility.
Leafs better hire Tiger Williams for $100,000.00 for a one time 2 hour private pep talk.
Front office gives Tiger a cheque & tells him to scream yell scare break sticks shake his fists on & on & use "colourful language" & get thru to the Leaf players to fire up & get wins.
$50 grand bonus if his pep talk gets results on the ice, namely wins.

11 straight losses :-[
Wow !
Even Chris is speechless. Can't say I blame him.

Mind you Canucks lost 5-1 & their they go again with that "trick or treat" style of play.
Leafs only lost 4-1.
It was like watching zombies skating about clueless what team play is.
Individuals doing their own thing.
Watch LA or Chicago play & it looks like how hockey should be played.
Florida Panthers also have a good style of play.
Honestly the Canucks look like they are on sleeping pills or in a daze out there on the ice.
Boo the Canucks.
Fire the lot or trade them all & get a BC boys on the team.
Then when teams visit the Canucks the players can state that this is their turf & watch out visitors.

How long will Dave Nonis last ?
Good question.
Think there will be a few trades first before the deadline to try to shake up the team.
But one goal was an empty netted against the Leafs thus in reality 3 hard fought goals were scored.
Leafs thus must be skating hard because the Devils can pot in a lot more in a game.
Toronto goes against the oilers tonight.

NHL really should give a day off between games.
Teams travel or prepare & go to battle ,than travel or get home to try to wind down only to have to fire up again for another battle less than 24 hrs later.
The mind & body will not be fully charged.

Canucks vs the Pens & after the crap game the other night will the Canucks redeem themselves ?
Trick or treat team the Canucks are.
Bet you Torts is watching the results.

Had to stop watching the game as had to get to other things & the score was 3-1.
Then I hear it gets tied & goes into OT where Canucks score & get the W.
The Blackhawks are a tough hard working skilled team.
When teams shoot the puck anything can happen.
Get the puck on net is the only way to win.
More the better.
Eddie Lack will keep " lack of goals going into the Canuck net "

Maple Leafs working hard but losing a few games again. Close games though.

Leafs trade Cody Franson and Mike Santorelli to Nashville in exchange for Oli Jokinen and a first round pick. Franson and Santorelli must be happy to leave a bottom feeder to a first place team. Who's next ?

Heard thru the grapevine that Chris is trying to get Shanahan to "pull" a Bo Jackson.
Was it he who played baseball & football in the same year ?
Chris highly wants him to be a white collar & blue collar guy.
In other words Brendan will lace on the skates ( play ) & later go to the Leaf office.
Maybe he'll be out for 20 sec. shifts. ( & a lot of too many men on the ice penalties )  :o

Congrads Chris on the great W.
Leafs & Jets played a very "spirited game " & joy to watch.
Crazy penalty at the end of game.
Nails the Leaf in the back & sends him partly into the side boards.
Guy should get 10 games.
Could of put the guy in the wheelchair.

Canucks really surprised with the W over the Rangers.
OT W.
Next game though Lack did not play his best for the loss.
No "lack" of goals.
Actually the Canucks look quite confidant on the ice.
Good flow to the games.

Canucks rolling right along with a 2-1 victory of Boston Bruins.
Lack filled in wonderfully for our starting goalie Ryan M.
Lack stopped a lot of shots from Bruins "lack of goals."

Surprised Bruins did not try to rough up the Canucks more to get them off their game.
Boston sure roughed up the Blackhawks & put their tails between their legs. Goon hockey nearly.
Bruins reminded me of the 1970s Flyers.
Totally out scored the Hawks in the Windy City too!

 Go Canucks Go.
Weird how in a short few weeks a team can seem to play to a much better level.
Surprises always the Canucks give us fans.
Trick or treat team. ;D
Poor Leafs.

Never mind about some fans wearing brown paper bags over their heads ; heard players & management are putting then on upon entering or exiting the rink.

Our flag has the Maple Leaf & one of the best flags in the world I might add,but if the Leafs keep playing at this low level we Canadians may demand the Maple Leaf be taken off their jerseys.
Maybe a pic of a "skunk" to replace.
Leg weary Blues losing to the Canucks 5-2 in the 3rd.
After trailing 2-0 Canucks score 5 tic tack toe.

If not you've been hired only to be fired like the rest of the sheep.

Did you see the Canucks give the fans a show.
They went down 2-zippo on purpose then they scored 5 straight.
Fans looked bored so the players allowed the Blues to tie the game.
 5-5
In the shoot out the Canucks get the W.
Perfectly scripted as planned.
Fans sure became alive & excited again at the end of the game.
$$$$ worth.
Did you see the great great dekes & goal in the shoot out.

Leaf fans are desperate.
One reply stated to bring in Rob Ford.
Heard there's warning signs outside the Leaf rink. " Being a Leaf fan is 100% hazardous to your health at this time. Enter at your own risk"

But as bad as the Leafs are they will win the Cup before the Canucks. 3x in the finals & the Canucks blew it "  Up two games & they still found a way to lose.
Was in high school & the Canucks were in the NHL.
Now I'm 60 years old & still no Cup !

Leafs cannot score goals. Sens are their next team to meet on Saturday.
Ottawa is on fire & Hammond their stopper reminds me of King Richard B. past Canucks goalie.

Leafs out classed by the Sharks & the Canucks also bombed for a bad loss.
Lack was the media's focus all week.
They put him up on a pedestal & the result was a bad game by Lack.
The position has enough pressure as is, thus the media should not pump hot air into his head.

Leafs have a good record against the Sens so maybe they will get a W.

Before I gloat too much the Canucks are out of an active game & the 2nd period is not over yet.
Extra pitiful game.

All the kids under 10 are crying.
If Torts was the present coach a timeout would of been called & a "nice friendly pep talk" would of taken place.  Let's just say turn off any close mics.
Near half way thru the game the shots were something like 25-8 for Avs.
If Canucks come back & win this one I'll eat my "shorts" ( under wear ) Old 1960s saying.

Canucks officially in the playoffs. Chris' beloved team ? Probably sitting in the bar and watching the Masters. ;)

Canucks over Arizona & Lack gets the shutout.
Kings I believe are out of the playoffs. Last year's champs.
Theh have 2 Stanley Cups in recent yrs. & they busted their butts to get them so they deserve a early exit & have a nice break from hockey.
Flames are in as well as the Jets.
Ottawa too possibly.
Bruins I believe are out.
This year's league had so many great teams & the play off line up is going right down to the very last games.
Canucks had better zero in because in the play offs it 's lose 4 & you go on vacation.
They sure look good but play offs are the real deal & they just can not let up on any games.
Play hard every game.
The Leafs can say proudly " We are not as bad as the Sabres"
That should sell season tickets for next year.  ;D

Leafs can only go up from here.
Lots of great teams will be fighting for the Cup.
16 teams.
1 of of 16 will be champs  & 1 by 1 a total of fifteen teams will fall.
Early teams that get kicked out feel so badly.
But the pain even gets worse as the rounds go on & a team gets kicked out.
Just hope the Canucks can keep it going as they have really over all have played some great hockey & seem to have that team chemistry.

Has Shanahan paid his dues to be in a top dog role?
Have my doubts.

Chris invite has been given to you to cheer on the Canucks with FA Canuck fans & I.
We all know your a closet Vancouver fan.

As far as you new contract goes hopefully it's performance / pos. results based.

Make play offs = big bonus $ in your pockets.
Win the Cup & you can retire on bonus pay check !!!

Oh one little thing to ad.
If season goes similar to 2014/15 you'll be eating lots of mashed potatoes & drinking lots of weak black coffee based on your very low min. wage cheque ;D

Honestly your a very good sport & all my posts were not mean spirited but all in fun.
Leafs should do very well next year.

Thanks for the post but all the spare time I have will be dealing with several issues for the team and getting some fishing in, not much time to watch TV also training for 3 badminton tournaments coming up so more training ahead.

Sabres & Maple Leafs (Chris ) definitely not happy.

4  #1 picks wow !
Some fans are still fuming with the departure of "The Great One" # 99.
McDavid possibly will live to his billing & the Oilers will "rock ".
No less than 5 goals per game next in coming season.

Ottawa on the verge on being swept by the Canadiens.
Ottawa has skated their butts off for 3 games & all were very close.
Not one sided.
3 games to nil does not tell the true story.
Easily could be 2-1 in games at least.
Chicago playing great hockey. They will be hard to beat. Their backup goalie is in & is stopping the puck.
