Title: Wellington Point Park Ladner?
Post by: Sam Salmon on June 13, 2004, 09:09:25 PM
Lots of people here like to fish the Fraser from shore-anyone ever tried the small dock @ the boat launch which is @ Wellington Point Park on River Road in Ladner?

I was cycling out that way-actually on Westham Island-and stopped by the park to have a look-not much really but a Pier too clumsy to fish from and then there's this small dock @ the launch as I said-might be worth checking out if you're in the 'hood.

I saw a Native opening supervised by DFO-there must have been some fish because a  Seal surfaced with a Spring about 18 pounds in his mouth-obviously stolen from someone's net.
