Another slow day on the Cap. Must be Liberation Day at the hatchery. Lots of smolts present.

Yeah,  that's too bad.  I'll try it tomorrow but very early.  Is the water any higher?

Yeah,  I checked the cam,  it sure looks like they let some water out.
